The hotel was beautifully decorated, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The common areas were easy to navigate, even for someone like me with limited mobility, and everything was kept immaculately clean. It was also conveniently located in the center of Hawes, so I could easily explore the town and enjoy its attractions without having to travel too far.
I wish the children working there had been a bit more attentive and helpful towards senior guests.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the superb location by the arched bridge with waterfalls. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped, making it perfect for our adventure. The wood burner in the kitchen and the electric version in the lounge added a cozy touch. The double bedroom with a big shower and toilet was a nice bonus. The rucksack, maps, and other information provided were helpful. The owner, Mike, was friendly and gave us useful information about the house and the area. We would definitely stay there again.
Felt totally at home, no complaints.
